A sheer, buildable tint. One coat gives a soft wash of colour, and a second coat makes it deeper. The exact look depends on the shade you pick and your natural lip colour. - Can I wear it over lipstick?
Yes. It adds shine on top of most lip colours. - How do I make it last?
